Working principle of egg powder drying machine
The working process of this unit is that the feed liquid is input through the diaphragm pump at high
pressure, sprayed with mist droplets, and then flows down with the hot air. Most of the powder particles are collected by the discharge port at the bottom of the tower.
After being separated by a cyclone separator, the exhaust gas is discharged by the exhaust fan, and the powder is discharged from the lower end of the cyclone separator.
The dust collector can be collected by the dust collector, and the outlet of the fan can also be equipped with a secondary dust removal device.
